All sales are final. We do not give refunds for any reason with the exception of DOA product. There will be no refunds for labor charges. You can not possibly give back our labor, which is a main part of our inventory. Warranty's are given on all product we sell, therefore if there is a problem with any printer or toner or parts that we use to repair your equipment, your only recourse is to utilize the warranty given at the time of service. The warranty on the Laser Printers we sell is typically one year or 100,000 pages, whichever comes first. The warranty on most toners is six months from date of purchase. You must present the box the toner or supply came into get a warranty exchange, as the boxes are dated. The warranty on parts shall not exceed 6 months, although all parts may not extend that far. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the printer fits their needs. No refund will be given if the printer does not work with your software, or if it is not fast enough, etc. All of our printers are of VERY LOW PAGE COUNTS. Our printers usually sell for more because of that very thing. If you are comparing our printers to some company on the internet or other venues, ask them the page count. The page count is the value of the printer, not the age of the printer. The value of a thing is not necessarily the price you pay but how well that printer serves you. You will never buy a printer from us that you would only have thirty days to return, or that you would have to spend money to repair shortly after that thirty days.
